You order your goods from Jimmy Schönning HEM simply by clicking the "Add items to chart".
To order a wallpaper, click on "Order". You will then place your order and it will be sent to us via e-mail.
Your purchase from Jimmy HEM starts when you receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address you provided when ordering.
You must be at least 18 years to make a purchase in our webshop.
Minimum amount for orders is 300 SEK.
Prices are listed in SEK incl 25% VAT.
Sometimes the purchase prices change and new fees and taxes are added, currencies go up, therefore we must reserve the right to adjust prices.
Shipping in Sweden
Your order will be sent to you with either the transportation company DB Schenker or via Posten and can be picked up at delivery point after you’ve received an alert.
For smaller items we will send the product directly to you.
If an item is damaged or lost during transport the responsaility will be on Jimmy Schönning HEM´s behalf. If goods are damaged or are lost when the customer sends it back to us, its on the customer´s behalf. If you recive damaged goods you must notify the transportation company and Jimmy Schönning HEM within one week.
If you order a wallpaper it will be sent to you via "Your Wallpaper". The delivery responsibilities will be on that companies behalfs.

When the product is in stock, as stated on each product page, you will have the delivery within 1-5 days after we´ve sent it (Saturday and Sunday not included). If the item is not in stock, we specify delivery date for the particular item.
We have the right to delay or cancel delivery of purchased goods by reason of force majeure.
PaymentYou can pay via "Klarna Invoice - pay within 14 days". The invoice process involves a cost of 30 SEK including VAT.
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase (Distance and Doorstep Sales Act) starting the day you receive the goods. This means that you have the right to return an item within 14 days after you´ve received it. Please inform us within those days if you need to use your rights. When purchased with the invoice, we need the goods to be returned to us within 14 days, so we cancel the invoice before it expires and goes on to claim management. You get the entire purchase price back, but shipping cost of return you will be responsible for. The returned item must be unused and packing slip and invoice, and on how reimbursement should be made, must be attached. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return an item.
According to the consumer law you are entitled to complain about a product within a reasonable time after the defect was detected, within three years from the date of purchase.
Please contact us with valid warranty requirements and preferably digital photos, before you return a defective product. At the return of valid claims demands, the responsibility for the return costs are of course on our behalf.
We handle all of your personal information under the Data Protection Act. The information you provide to us is used only to fulfill your order and otherwise give you good service. Our commitments include the completion of delivery of ordered products, provide information on order status and inform you about news, promotions and offers.
